Throughout the years, ER has been an acclaimed television series that has rocked and shocked audience members nationwide. However, recently within the last two years, the ER episodes have gone downhill, because of the lack of scenes from the actual emergency room and the overused sexual scenes involving familiar characters.

But, ER has finally returned in episode 1 of season 15; Life After Death. The scenes in the ER were there. The character development was there and the script was written perfectly. To our sadness and grief, Doctor Gregory Pratt has left the show, after doctors and nurses tried to perform an emergency operation on him, leaving his heart and brain completely dead. This was the last episode and the last season for a much beloved and deeply involved character to the series.

I have even heard that they are bringing back Doctor John Carter and even involving scenes with Doctor Mark Greene, who left the show back in 2003. Keep up the good work, take your time with the episodes and deliver a wonderful and excellent last season of a great and acclaimed television series; ER.
