The "Schwitzkasten" is a sleazy sauna located in a undistinguished neighborhood in Berlin / Germany. Several persons are used to meet in the sauna day by day, discussing their personal problems and feelings. Main actor Andreas Schmidt is very credible in his role as an unemployed single parent father of a son. He share's his problems with all the other guests at the "Schwitzkasten"-Sauna which makes it easier to deal with. This is one of the best German movies I have seen in the last years. "Im Schwitzkasten" is a perfect description of the current social situation in Germany. I loved this movie, it's very funny, you shouldn't miss it.
