It's hard to believe that the English would produce a caricature of themselves that involves every cliché of the English people and not cringe from the result. Admittedly, I didn't watch the entire series -- I got through the first half of the first episode and had to turn it off. There is nothing redeeming about this series from Simon Williams regurgitation of his James Bellamy character from Upstairs Downstairs, to the plot, which wobbles between a Jeeves and Wooster farcical take off to a poor imitation of a Lovejoy episode done in costume. Its too bad IMDb doesn't allow for television series to be voted on because this would get a big whopping 1 from me!
