The greatest war sitcom, 27 July 2000
Author: watzdabigdeal from Nashville, TN

"M*A*S*H" was the most successful TV show inspired by a movie. It ran for eleven years and viewers were still watching the sitcom when it was about to leave the air in 1983. I enjoyed the last episode just like every other viewer who saw it. The movie may have been a hit, but the series is unforgettable.
