Internet Movie Database: Browse IMDb: Films & More
Introduction
The Internet Movie Database catalogs information on hundreds of thousands of films (theatrical, made-for-video, made-for-TV/Cable) as well as television series, miniseries, and electronic entertainment using video or voice-overs, all of which we refer to as "titles." Aside from keeping tabs on who was in them and who made them, we catalog a wealth of other information too.

Films By Category:
- Top Titles: On our Top Movies page you can find links to all sorts of "tops" lists. Whether it's top grossers at the box-office, top renters at video stores, or top films in genres & decades based on user votes, you can find it there.
- Search by Ratings: Our User Ratings Browser duplicates some of the tops/bottoms lists from the Top Movies page plus it allows you to search for movies that fall within a certain user ratings range. You can also specify a genre and year or range of years... or not.
- Titles by Year: Find titles and other information categorized by year from 1892 to the present and beyond.
- Titles by Country: Find titles based on the country of origin for a title. This is not based on the filming locations but the country that produced it.
- Titles by Language: Find titles based on the language in which they were filmed.
- Titles by Genre: Find titles based on their genres.
- Titles by Location: Using the Search and Browse By Level features in our Filming Locations Browser allows you to find films based on their filming locations.
- Titles by Business Information: Find titles based on release dates, copyright holder, etc.
- Titles by Awards: Use our database of over 1000 awards ceremonies and film festivals to find the titles that have been nominated, selected and/or honored by each event.
- Titles by Keywords: A keyword can describe a plot theme (i.e. beach) or a more esoteric notation (i.e. sequel). Our keywords browser will allow you to peruse a list of keywords in use as well as searching for titles whose keywords match one or more that you select.
- Titles by Co-Stars: Our complex name search allows you to enter the names of two or more people and finds all the titles where they're both listed.
